Yeah...Will is correct. Unless the image is open source or royalty free, you pretty much have to at least ask permission to use it. In most cases it's probably not a big deal, but if the image is a photograph, or took a fair amount of skill to create...the person will probably want credit for it. Best bet is to search for royalty free or open source images. Mark

I was once VeRO'd on ebay for selling art prints. I contacted the photographer directly and ended up doing a 60/40 of net split. I actually made more money after the split as I could put 'officially approved' in the listings! In other words, contact the image owner. Alternatively, you can search google for 'creative commons' licenced content. Just check the license that's free for commercial use. try: http://search.creativecommons.org/
