Config in buzz touch showing different from app

Im having problems with menus and global theme, I've reorganized some items in the menus but when i go to test it the changes don't all appear, some will and some won't. Also after building the app I've decided to have a background image for all the screens but when i implement it in global themes it doesn't show up on any of the screens. Ive tried everything i can think of and was just wondering if anybody had any ideas. This is for iOS on v1.5 Thanks!

Are you proving the image with the app (offline) or via a URL? If it's with the app, you need to make sure that the image file is part of your Xcode project. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4993711/Adding_Files_To_A_Project_v1.0.pdf Hope this helps! Mark

Hi RedStorm, Depending on what changes you make to your project, sometime you will need to do a bit more than refresh your app to see the changes. Specifically, when adding files to be included in your app (not accessed through a URL), these embedded files will not be added until you recompile the app. This can be achieved by stopping your simulator in xcode or eclipse and adding the desired files to your project. Then re-run your project to compile and include the files in your app. Changes should show up instantly in the simulator. You'll need to reinstall your app with the newly recompiled project to test it on a real device.

Ive done all that but the problem persists, could it be that my app is so big? I'm over 280 screens atm.

Unless you are getting a timeout when trying to refresh your app, the config file size shouldn't be an issue. With 280 screens the most likely culprit is just some minor confusion on your end in which screens were modified and where. Also don't forget to save any changes you make in the control panel as you make them. There's been more than a few time where I was making a bunch of changes but forgot to save each screen as I went along. Also keep in mind that even though you set a Theme, its settings will be overridden by any settings set on a specific screen. So if a background image is set on a Custom HTML scree, that image will be used and the one specified in the Theme will be ignored.

I tried going back and reserving, and it seems some of the changes stick, I'm reorganizing the menus to list alphabeitcally and the screens seem to listen to what i do online, but when i download the source code add all the photos and boot it up only 2/3 seem to follow. Thanks for all the help!
