Config.txt for BT-server problem

On my BT-server under configuration data I see only the following loading.... I do not see the JSON configuration data itself. also under core properties Configuration Data URL I have the following URL.. http://www.solutionplus.comlu.com/BT-server/api/app/?command=getAppData&appGuid=EA81820E2953642E752343006&apiKey=E3E8FA6D07F92A9D20D90E8&apiSecret=A2D269E4227E820795D2775 If I drop that into a browser I get the data shown just fine. and/but If I click on Show the app's config data link thats below the above URL I end up being directed to http://error404.000webhost.com/?

I'm not going to give up. I just installed onto another server with the same hosting company and continue to get strange results. Now I see the config.txt data but still continue to get the same error... Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? The config.txt file validates just fine... Results Valid JSON What can I look at to help correct this problems. Or better yet what the hell causes that message in the first place.................

So here's how it works, and a simple test you can do to see what the heck is going on. I pasted the URL you posted and also see the config data for your app. This means your servers /app/api script is working as expected. This means we should be able to figure this out... 1) Visit the Config Data screen. This screen is basic and doesn't do anything super complicated. The HTML loads and includes a textarea. The text area begins with the 'loading message' 2) When the screen is done loading, it triggers a javascript method named startConfigDownload(URL). The URL that is called in this method is displayed in the HTML if you view source. To see this URL, view source in your browser and look at the BODY tag. You'll see the URL in the startConfigDownload(URL) call. 3) Copy that URL and paste it in your browser's address bar. It should produce the exact same data. 4) How it works: When the Config Data screen loads, that method is triggered through an AJAX request. This AJAX request fetches the data then shows it in the config data textarea so you can see it, copy it, whatever. It shoulds like this is not happening. The javascript method, startConfigData(URL) itself is in the /bt_v15/bt_scripts/bt_configDatav15.js file. Could this javascript method not be firing for some reason? You'll need to dig into that method and see where it's failing. Not sure really, AJAX is straightforward and hasn't caused any problems that we've heard of.

Pasted data from step 3 above. It produced the exact same data as expected. So step 4 is working as expected then since I'm able to see the config data. That URL is the same URL that is in the Core Properties screen configuration URL. I do see the data now when I click on Configuration data. At one point all I saw was Loading..... But as I said in the previous post I now see the Config.txt data. So Based on what you say in step 4 the AJAX is working then... What is so strange is that all this was working great until i WENT FROM 2.1.3 TO 2.1.4 TODAY... I wiped the entire service space out and keep getting this same issue. I even opened a second account and get the same results there. It has to be enviromental in some way.... Apache ver. 2.2.19 (Unix) PHP version 5.2.* MySQL ver. 5.1

For sure the idea that it worked before and not with latest is strange. I can assure you nothing changed related to this. Also, something else to keep mind, nothing about this process has anything to do with the buzztouch.com API. Your machine is handling all this stuff. Good to know. Glad it works again..not sure why it broke? LOL.
