Scandinavian letters, iOS

Hey, When i debug and run my app in the iPhone simulator, all the Scandinavian letters(like æ, ø, å) appear with weird signs instead. Any quick fix? Macbook Pro with XCode and iPhone 5.0 simulator. Best, Sindre

Hey Sindre, Be sure your web browser is set the Unicode (UTF-8) when entering your characters into the control panel. In firefox go to - View > Text Encoding - Then select Unicode (UTF-8). In other browsers the process should be similar.

So the characters appear correctly in the quiz control panel? Try checking that xcode is set to Unicode (utf-8) as well. Xcode > Preferences > Default Text Encoding.

Hey again. First, yes. Using bt.com. After leaving iOS for a while due to a Android project(wich is now released by the way..), i am now returning to iOS to publish a project. I still have the same problem. This is a old BT 1.4 project i plan to release in near future. It occurs on the menu nickname(links to a pdf) I have attached a screen from iPhone Simulator. http://www.imgjoe.com/x/fergerutersc.jpg Somebody that know what to do? :)
