I have installed my own BT Server and I am trying to download the Android Source Code. I am getting the following error message: The packaging API had trouble downloading this app's icon from the control panel. The iOS code downloads fine. Any ideas?

Interesting, have not head this before. That message is coming from the buzztouch API, not your control panel. When the package is created (on the buzztouch.com server) it includes the icon you've uploaded to the apps control panel (on your server). This means our server contacts your server to download the icon so it can include it in the project. Not sure why it's having trouble doing this. You could try making sure the app you're working with has an icon in the control panel. And, if it does (it should), see if you can load the icons URL in your address bar. The URL to the icon for an app may be tough to find because it isn't displayed. To find the URL to an apps icon, open the apps control panel then view source on the apps home screen. Find the image-tag that holds this icon. (search icon.jpg). Paste that in your address bar. Do you get an icon?

Turns out that when I run the BT server on my domain, it works fine. I was encountering the problem above when I was running the BT Server from localhost.

Running BTV2.1.6 The most current version available at buzztouch.com is v2.1.6 You are running v2.1.6 (no updates are necessary).
