BT tech support please help!

I cannot access buzztouch.com from my mac :( I often tether my iphone so I can work on the move via 3g. I can only guess that I have been logging into my account on BT from multiple devices and that your server has picked it up as malicious? Im in distress as obviously I need connection to the server when compiling in xcode and has forced me to a grinding halt. Can you guys help?

tried that its not browser related, im thinking maybe my public ip address/mac address has been blacklisted?

See if our IP address will load. Just put this in your address bar: 72.167.33.161 That should load buzztouch.com If it does, you'll probably need to FLUSH your mac DNS cache. Your mac may be loading an IP address we were using up until a few weeks ago (when we had a major backend failure). If the IP works, google 'flush dns cache on mac' for some tips.

No still unable to resolve address, only happens when I tether my iphone to connect to BT. When im on another network everything works fine. Im sure this ip has been flagged as malicious: 92.40.254.140 by your servers. I can live with it but im always on the move and I cant stay away from BT that long. Im sure its related to being logged in on multiple machines. I cannot access the site via safari on my iphone either via 3G
