iframe error on BT-server but not Buzztouch

Have been using iframe to embed video on apps in Buzztouch with no problem... but now using the server (using Custom HTML plugin) I get this error: iOS Error Code: -1100 iOS error message: The requested URL was not found on this server. Here is the code: <iframe src=http://player.vimeo.com/video/32612190?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&color=ffffff width=400 height=225 frameborder=0 webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe> any ideas... thanks

Is the url ok? All I get in a regular browser is the message - ''Sorry, the video at this URL has either been deleted or never existed in the first place.''

Weird. Using ff too. Do you need to be logged in to vimeo to see it?

Very odd. I am logged out of Vimeo. I cleared everything in FireFox and Safari. I'm using VimeoPro. The setting in Vimeo is embed anywhere and is not set to Password Protect. I see it fine in a browser. Are you using IE? I didn't check there.

I loaded your link http://player.vimeo.com/video/32612190?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&color=ffffff width=400 height=225 frameborder=0 webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen into a custom URL screen in IOS and it worked fine. Is that what you attempted to do? I tried it in chrome, firefox, safari and IE. All worked for me...

I still think there is an issue on the server version of the Custom HTML plugin, in that, this video works fine in an iframe generated at Buzztouch Custom HTML, but not in the equivalent setup on the BT-server... very odd. Thanks for your help...

I loaded your code into a html screen as a frame and it worked fine for me.... That was in IOS. bt-server 2.1.2, Worked both Custom uRL and as Embbeded frame for me... Try doing a clean on your project and resetting your simulator. The android version nothing works embedded or custom url....

See, the link works, but I need the iframe because it displays and automatic thumbnail of the video and that is what I use as the link image.

I am using bt-server 2.1.2 also... just cleaned and tried again same error... very odd. I drop the embed code into the source option on the custom html plugin. It then automatically wraps <p></p> around it and changes the quotes tags when I save it. I also checked the plugin and I have the latest version... odd Thanks for your help. Just curious, did you take the code from above in my original post? or can I see your code to see if I'm doing something different... thanks

@rossideas - I'll drop out of this and leave you to it! I'm viewing in firefox and the best I can get is an empty black screen. Firebug shows that a player is embedded but it sure ain't showing!

I just grabbed your code just as it was. <iframe src=http://player.vimeo.com/video/32612190?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&color=ffffff width=400 height=225 frameborder=0 webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe> In the source view it looks like this.... <html> <head> <title></title> </head> <body> <p> <iframe allowfullscreen= frameborder=0 height=225 mozallowfullscreen= src=http://player.vimeo.com/video/32612190?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&color=ffffff webkitallowfullscreen= width=400></iframe></p> </body> </html>

I have the same issue except with youtube. The youtube embed ( <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/dsA37XaFPiY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> ) works in BT 1.5 Custom Html Screen. On screens preview and device (iPhone 4) BT 2.0 displays "iframe" in a red box in screen preview and device. Please excuse if I missed a post that explained the mistake I am making. Mike

Sorry to bring this topic back up after a year, but I'm having the same problem. I get the same error code when I try to embed a youtube video in a custom HTML\Text page. In a blank Custom HTML\Text page, I click source and simply replace the stock text with the iFrame code. I've tried Youtube and Vimeo, but to no avail. Any help out there?
