Project (v1.5) Won't Run on Android - crash on opening.

I don't get an error wihtin the debug console but the last message within the activity monitor is; 'ActivityManager: Starting: Intent { act=android.intent.action.MAIN cat=[android.intent.category.LAUNCHER]cmp=com.isp/.BT_activity_root }' I get hte error 'The application xxx (process com.xxx) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. I'm very new to programming so I'm not sure where to start with this problem. Many thanks in advance, David

Hi David, Did you get the 'Hello World' test app up and running before trying to load your app? If not, here is a link to help you setup Eclipse and run the test app. http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html We want to ensure Eclipse is properly setup before we check anything else.

I am also getting this error when I try to launch my app. I have successfully built the app on the iOS and then I tried to download the android source code. I even did the Hello World tutorial and got the emulator working and everything installed properly. When I launch the app on the Simulator that I made. It says Sorry! The application XXX (process com.XXX) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Any advice on how to fix this would be very much appreciated. I'm new to this and don't even know the first step to take.

Yeah I'm not really familiar with this problem either. Have you tried re-downloading your source code from buzztouch? Were you using Googles (Not Android's) API 2.2 level 8?
