If you're using wordpress for your site, you can use a plugin like 'Insert RSS Thumbnails'. It grabs the first image in your article and adds it to the rss feed. Then in BuzzTouch on the rss screen, under 'Advanced Story Properties' open the 'XML Element Data-Points' section. In the 'Image XML Element' put the name of the field from your rss field that contains the image. Using the plugin I mentioned above, the field name would be 'media:thumbnail'.
