BT-server download source code error

Data base and plugins are all correct all works well until time to download source code continue to get this error: Something Went Wrong. There was a problem finding the configuration data for this app. If I use the Config Data nav across the top, it shows the config data but if I choose config data url Show app's congif Data in core properties I get Not Found on this server... any ideas??
