You will need to remake them if you wish to use them on your BT-Server install. The reason being that apps built for BT-Server use plugins instead of screens and BT-Server doesn't know how to use a screen. We may possibly in the future create a converter, but if we do it won't be for some time. So you are best off by recreating your apps if you want to self host and manage them using BT-Sever.
