Becoming Apple developer. -Help

Hello, I already develop android apps, and I would like to start developing apple ones. But my trouble is, I cant find the site where I create my apple account to get started in developing user account. Like in Google, you must pay 25$ to start and all that, I cant find where on apple website is the place to create it. Thank you.

You have to go into Member Center and there I think is the place that I paid. After, it will take you to apple store online to checkout.
