After you do that go to the link below https://market.android.com/publish/Home pay $25.00. Then export in Eclipse to APK and upload to the market place. That's the quick summary. I was never able to get Android 1.5 to work though. I had no problem with 1.4. It seemed to go smoothly. Has anyone else had a harder time with 1.5? Its unfortunately trial and error with 1.5.
