So turning on iAds is simple to do. But if you have an Android app that you want to be a free app and still monetize it, you'll have to do some more legwork. Admob has some good guides on here. Leadbolt have got good support. It's more the understanding of eclipse, javascript and app architecture that's the problem, rather than difficulty of integration.
