When I attempt to open a screen I receive the following: what's the solution? More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What's the problem? What do your server logs report?

Open a splash screen: As in in an application, or in the Admin contorl panel where you manage the plugins? Can you open any of the plugin admin screens? Each plugin has it's own folder and in that folder the /index.php page handles all the plugin management stuff when you in an app. I'll be the directory the plugins are in can't execute .php pages. It needs to be able to run .PHP pages or it will not work.
