I thought like many others you could have a Purchase button and redirect to PayPal - not the case, as a post mentioned. I've been able to get it to work for downloadable content -- audios, pdfs, etc -- but haven't been able to just set up unlockable screens. Haven't worked with it in a while as I opted to go a different direction with my app. I just wrote a tutorial for UrbanAirship's push notifications. The in-app purchase is similar.
