App icon not loading in package

Hi Everyone, The App icon does not load in the package. When I download a package from my self-hosted serve the app icon shows, but not when I download from the buzztouch server. Thanks.

Hmm. iOS or Android? And, are you downloaded packages from both your buzztouch control panel and your self-hosted panel? I you're not getting an icon from the buzztouch.com panel (apps you've created at buzztouch.com) what's the name of the app that doesn't include the icon in Eclipse or Xcode.

iOS running on xcode. The app on Buzztouch.com once packaged does not show the icon. The app from self-hosted server does show the icon. Christopher Terterian is the name of the app for now. Thanks.

David any word on this? I'm still quite confused why from the self-hosted the app icon shows and from the buzztouch.com hosted it does not show (in Xcode). I have been trying to figure this out.

Alright David I did some research and figured it out. The BT-Art folder is missing from all downloads of source code from the Buzztouch.com servers. All downloads of source code from the Buzztouch.com servers contain this. The app icon images are supposed to be in there. With the downloads from Buzztouch.com, the icons are in the BT-Images folder. Just thought I would let you know.

Woops forgot to add, I added the BT-Art folder, and dropped icons in there, in Xcode the icon now shows. :-)

OK..maybe we are confusing each other. If you create a project at buzztouch.com then download it, you won't see a BT_Art folder. This is the v1.4 or v1.5 package and it's different than the package you'll get if you download from your own control panel. If you make and app in your control panel it's has zero to do with the control panel you see at buzztouch.com, they are not 'connected' in anyway. The .pdf that ships with the package you download using your control panel is not related to the package you get if you build an app at buzztouch's site. I'm thinking we're saying the same thing but also thinking that there's some confusion. It's either build it on our site or build it on your site, not both.

I understand David. I'm saying I made 2 sample projects 1 on your site, 1 on the self hosted, both with app icons. When I download project source code using v 1.5 from your site the app icon does not show in Xcode. For me it was showing a black box. When I downloaded project source code from self-hosted the app icon did show in Xcode. I noticed the app icons were NOT in a BT-Art folder in the project from your site, made one, put the app icons in it - now they show up in Xcode when I run it. Don't mean to be annoying just trying to potentially help you fix a bug if one exists.

i actually am having the same problem. I have uploaded an icon for my app but when I deploy it either to the simulator or to my iOS devices it just shows a black square...any thoughts?
