Help compiling Android App

I am trying to make a little app that is really just a series of links to various sites. My computer is not able to run the java needed to 'compile' the app. I am only on a 32bit windows system. I made it to the point where I downloaded the .zip, but could not get 'Eclipse' to compile due to my system limitations. Would one of you talented developers be willing to help me finish this app for a reasonable fee?

There is 32 bit Java. That should not be a problem. You should have loaded 32bit Eclipse followed by 32bit Java

Hi, There's no reason to actually 'compile' Eclipse...there are install packages available. I'm running Windows XP with Eclipse that way. You can grab you Eclipse package from here : http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ And a good install guide here : http://www.talkandroid.com/android-sdk-install-guide/ Mark

Is that what the OP is trying to do? It's a big pain just to install the install package let alone compiling the actual eclipse code. I thought he was trying to do an APP....

Well, I was keying off his comment on not being able to get Eclipse to compile. I know they offer the source code, so it sounded to me like he was stuck in setting up the environment.
