If I have a quiz within an app that has, say, 50 questions when it's submitted and goes live, and I come back and add 5 more questions to the pool of questions. If someone now downloads the app from the app store, will their base of questions be from the 50 that were originally submitted, or the 55 that are there in total from Buzztouch 1.5 (say I didn't do this one on Buzztouch Server)?

Hi, When they install the app, and open it for the first time, it will look at the BT_Config.txt file that shipped with the app, which will have the original 50 quiz questions in it. If you have not disconnected the app from the BT Servers (meaning the configuration URL is the default), then it will check the servers, know that it needs to refresh, ask the user if that's OK, and effectively download the new quiz items. If they can't connect to the Internet for some reason, or you have disconnected the app, then they will only see the original 50 quiz questions. Make sense? Mark

Yup. Basically, if someone has a data connection, the app will intuitively know that a change has been made, and the menu that pops up all the time, like when I'm developing, will ask the user to update the app. Right?

Just one small addition here. If the only stuff you update from the server is the quiz, then it is probably a good idea to update the standard message that resides in the Localizable.strings file M.
