Hi @MBride, We're here to help! The first thing I would suggest very much is for you to go through the video tutorials that you can find on the My Account tab. That will get you started. You didn't mention which type of app you need to make - iOS or Android - but there are tutorials for both. They will help you get started. If you are making apps for iOS, then you'll need to get a Developer Account from Apple. That costs $99/year, and lets you compile the source code you get from this site. You'll also need a Mac to run everything. If you are making apps for Android, then you'll need to install the Eclipse Framework and Android SDK. You can find instructions for that here : http://www.talkandroid.com/android-sdk-install-guide/ Next, let us know what kind of app you are looking to make. If you sign up for the v1.5 Early Adopter program, again from your My Account tab, you'll find the ability to make more feature rich apps. The My Apps control panel is where you do all the work in designing your app. The video tutorials give you a good idea how that works. Keep coming back to the forums to ask questions...we have a very responsive user community here. But, of course, since it sounds like you are doing this for a school assignment, and eventually a grade, we are going to expect you to work a bit on getting some answers yourself! ;-) Thanks, Mark

What type of app are you looking to make? Do you have a concept, or flow chart, or any key features you need/want?

Keep this in mind. IOS v1.5 is feature rich and you can make a great app full of features. The Android v1.5 is not yet complete and you will have limited functionality until they release the remaining plugins. For android development you may want to stick with v1.4. If its apple you are into then v1.5 is the way to go. Keep in mind also that when you create your BT application it creates the source code for both flavors. Apple and Android. So you can start with apple and by the time you get done with that the Android updates may have been released and you would only need to tweak a little at that point for the android version.. Just filling you in on the landscape at the moment.....
