I really liked what I did with my app in 1.4 version before I installed the server, and was wondering if it is possible to take all that work and move it into my server 2.0 and continue to work with this app. Will it just be a case of copy and pasting the config file and files directory into my database or...?

Same here, quite a few of my V1.4 apps would like to host on my own server, also the V1.4 version is still very good for a lot of App formats/types & would really like to have the choice to create either V1.4 or V1.5 from Server 2.0 Anything for this in the pipeline guys?

Hi guys, Old v1.4 apps will not work with the new buzztouch server control panel. You will unfortunately have to remake them in order to get them in a format where the server will recognize them. There is just too much difference in the core and screens code to do an easy transfer. Luckily v1.4 apps are fairly limited so it shouldn't take you guys too long to recreate the app. There is also the added benefit of access to tons of potential future screens to expand upon your original app idea. Not to mention that you will not be dependent on our servers for your apps functionality, as all v1.4 apps currently are. It will be a slight pain for you at first, but we feel you will highly enjoy the benefits of the new buzztouch platform.

Hi Parker, Thanks for the clarification, Basically if I understand it right there is no way to Automatically migrate the current apps from 1.4 to 2.0 ? they have to be recreated at the 2.0 platform ? am I understanding it right ?
