SI'd suggest anyone who wants to have old versions supported by oder IOS, to update asap. What I did to allow oder iOS devices to open my apps, was upload one last package from xcode 4, an offline version. When the new update for IOS7 comes out, older devices will have the opportunity to download older version for their devices. Those version (being offline) won't have updates or be affected by the control panel changes to fit the new IOS7 designs. Cheers.
