I don't believe there is a Usage Map on individual CPs mate, it shows all BT users on the BT home page. If you want to track users, what they do in your app etc try something like flurry. All the best.

I have it in my apps that tracks GPS position of the users.

@Mac - There is a usage map in the apps CP, mine isn't working either. Permanently trying to load data, but doesn't. Maybe the map's only for v1.4 apps? They're all I have in my CP..

Not sure if this is your issue or not, but at least with my v 1.5 apps I would remove the dataurl in the config.txt file but keep the reporttocloudurl. This would get rid of the refresh icon on the top left to "disconnect" the app, but it still reported location back to buzztouch so I could use the map. As of v 2.0 this doesn't work, and if you delete the dataurl then you can't use the map. Bummer, it was nice to have.

I confirm I can see the usage map on BT on my 2.0 apps. Check you report to cloud url, if it contains "&deviceLatitude=[deviceLatitude]&deviceLongitude=[deviceLongitude]" you should be fine. The user has to have gps on while using your app.

The Usage Map is not working for me in Chrome - seems to work in FireFox. Odd since one would think that Google Maps should work with Chrome. I have a version 1.4 app. Any thoughts?
