What I have found to make it easier is load up self hosted and your current app in the control pan side by side. Then go to town and recreate your screens and build your app on your server. Trust me its time consuming, but if I can recreate 800 screens in 2 days anyone can. Yes 800 screens! Just my thoughts. Magic Man Comments @Jake - rebuild it my friend.
