Android, but not about BuzzTouch?

I know there seems to be a one-time $25 developer fee to submit apps to the Google Android App Market, even if they are free apps, but is there a way to get this fee dismissed or get a FREE Developer account from them without this fee, if so how? Also, is there any other Big Android market's out there that is not Google's that may be as popular (or someday will be) and that does not charge ANY fees whatsoever to submit an app to them, if so please list them, please? Thanks

Amazon Marketplace is currently (or at least was recently) free : https://developer.amazon.com/welcome.html You can also make your Android apps available anyway you like, without having to go through a store (like putting it on your website or something). As long as it's digitally signed, you can sell it any way you like! Mark

'mikandi' for adult/gambling apps 'getjar' is free and pretty big, but stricter than amazon to get approved. Amazon is free for the first year, then $99pa To be honest though, it's a no brainer to go with google. At $25 as a one off fee it's great value. Not only does your app appear on the marketplace, but also on dozens of app directories, for example 'appbrain', which is massive.
