I am trying to use the background image as a cover. This will be my first page and I would like the menu button to be clicked and then that would go to my next page for chapters. You can format it's location using the App Control panel, and the advanced settings for that page (Menu - Button). Do some experiments and you should be able to make it exactly like you want!
