HTML DOC - iOS 5 Issue

I've had successful App builds previously, thought I would download and recompile as there was mention of correcting the iOS 5 issues. The compilation issues with iOS 5 have gone away but I am left with a new bug. Despite importing html files to the BT_Docs folder, I am getting the error Data for this screen has not been downloaded. Please check your internet connection. This issue was only displayed if the files specified in the BT_Config.txt were not located in the BT_Docs folder, but they are, this is well weird, any thoughts? PS. This is happening across all my Apps that I have downloaded this evening.

Did you make sure to not only add it to the BT folder but also add it in Xcode?

Yup, downloaded both my Apps, again and despite importing the HTML files in Xcode 4.2 and copying them to the BT_Docs folder, still doesn't work.

Currently running Xcode 4.1 and running into the same problem. I actually get this error for any of the doc files in the BT_Docs folder, including the sample files (sample.doc, sample.pdf, etc). If by adding it to Xcode, you mean rebuilding it, then yes I have. Any help appreciated.

There are 2 methods, importing to the BT_Docs folder which simply links references prior to building and importing with copying to the project folder, I've done both and still getting an error with all HTML files.

I wish someone had the specs on how to add content like HTML, Images ....etc... How is it done. I have tried and anything I add never gets seen after its rebuilt and runs...

Hi byank24, Please reference my post above. Are you saying that you just recently re-downloaded you project file and are still having the same problem?

I just began creating a project and it doesn't seem to be working. The link you posted above was dead.

I am still having problems with it. It may be because I'm new to this but I did re download the file and it seems to my work. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it

Ok, been through this myself. First the file path you specify for your HTML DOC created in BuzzTouch must be exact. For example if your local file is test.html, then you must add that file to the BT_Docs folder in Xcode. To do that, first download the latest IOS source code of your App from BuzzTouch, then open the zip file which contains your Xcode project. Right click the BT_Docs folder from the panel on the left and then click Add files. This will lauch a Finder window, simply locate your test.html or whatever reference you have used and add them. You should then see the file or respective files under the BT_Docs folder. I always clean the project before building it, just ensuring no possible left over bugs from a previous project, especially if it's called the same name as your downloading a new version of the same project. Let me know how you get on :-)

Was able to update Xcode to 4.2 and iOS 5. Downloaded my source code again and it works fine. Thanks Parker!

Thank you so much Doncaster! I was simply putting a word file into the BT_docs folder from my computer instead of from the web. I have it working now. Thank you for the help
