It depends..if it's an iOS app then you'll need a Mac computer and have access to the iOS developer tools ($100)

Alright, since it is for a website, they might finance it, where should we buy it?

Hi Naarden - Congratulations on the creation of your app. A big feat indeed. If it is in iOS, go here and register for a developer account: http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ I haven't submitted work on android - but here's a good link to get things rolling for the Android Market: http://developer.android.com/guide/publishing/preparing.html

Quick comment. test, test, test on your iphone before submitting. You should get on the early adopter list as well, you'll have a smile as wide as the Clyde when you see the additional features.

@MacApple How to become an early adopter, and how to test it?

It says that it costs 99$ a year, but can you make that a one time deal?

You can become an Early Adopter through your control panel. Click on your email address above to the right and you should see a link. Then you should be able to create new v1.5 apps through the 'Create New App' tab above. I'm not sure on the terms for a Developer Account. You certainly could only pay for the first year, but I don't know how that would affect your app in the app store.
