You can take the app completely offline, by removing the reference to BT_Config.txt on the BT servers in your App Control Panel, and that will use just the BT_Config.txt file in your app, and not check the BT servers for updates. There are some implications to that, however, as you cannot automatically push updates out to your users. But, it would prevent a trip to the BT servers. Overall, though, there's not much that can be done to speed up the quizzes.
