Java Eclipse the Same?

I have Java Eclipse and when I open it up, it doesn't look quite the same as the Eclipse shown in the BuzztouchU lesson on Android development. Are they the same?

It's been so long since I went through those, I can't be sure. And add to the fact that the Eclipse environment is pretty configurable, so we 'could' be running the same versions, but have the appearance pretty different. I put a screen shot of my desktop here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/eclipsever.png I keep things generic enough where it may look familiar. I'm uploading the most recent ADT Bundle for Mac that I have, but it'll take a while... I'm way out in the sticks, and my upload is much slower than my download. Cheers! -- Smug

Thanks Smug, I got the PDF on Setting Up Your Android Development Environment, and I'm starting over downloading everything. I am getting confused over the Android SDK or the Android Bundle, because the file name doesn't match. However, it could be that the PDF is showing an older version (15) and the one available at the link is 24. Anyway, downloading again. Thanks.

Hello, Check out my YouTube channel...lots of tutorials on installing the Eclipse ADT Bundle, which is what you want. Don't mess with Android Studio. https://www.youtube.com/user/gonorthwest The Eclipse ADT Bundle has been removed from the Google site, but there is an archive here: http://enos.itcollege.ee/~jpoial/allalaadimised/AndroidSDK/ Shout if you need more help!
