Can I put my app onto my iPod touch using the cable without iTunes and Xcode?

Hey, I was wondering if I can connect my itouch to my windows computer and put my newly made app onto it without having to put it in Xcode first or putting it on iTunes. Thanks in advance for answering!

Thanks, have another question about that. If I Jailbreak it then what? Do I use Cydia to put my app on or can I just drag the code onto the iPod symbol in My Computer?

I don't think there is any way to do this without Xcode. You need Xcode to actually compile your program...meaning, to put it into a form that your device can use. Without Xcode doing that operation, all you have is a bunch of files that iOS has no idea what to do with. Xcode takes those files...interprets them...and the creates a binary (program) that gets loaded on to your device. So, you need Xcode in order to create the binary, but you could use something like appflight or just iTunes to load it and test it. Essentially...in order to make this all work...you need to get an Intel-based Mac running Xcode and go through all the steps.
