Refresh Problem Downloading Data

Upon refreshing, I receive the error: There was a problem downloading data. Check your internet connection then try again. Any solutions? The application is called StudyPulse

Hi StudyPulse, Our site appears to be functioning properly so our backend probably isn't the problem. One potential problem would be your devices internet connection. You could check this by testing out a web browser. Another thing to be aware of is this: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=E96D3AED781AFF43E97B06C you can't have the word error, even as part of another word in your config file. Check those two things out and get back to us.

I had already read that thread and I checked for the word error and there was nothing there. I have tested on many devices, on different networks and have received the same result. Any other thoughts?

Just to double check something, go to your apps Core Properties and click the 'Config Data' link along the top. Count how long it take the file to generate and display. I'm guessing it takes less than 30 seconds. While you have that file open just double check for the word 'error' by using the 'Command+f' find tool, and typing in the word error. Like i mentioned above it can't be anywhere in the file, not even as a part of another word. Example: terror. <- that would cause your error to occur.

We actually had the word terrorist, we just couldn't find it before. Thank you very much!

Parker, Same problem here. I ran a search for the word error and it comes back with no matches in code. Any Suggestions. Anthony
