The first one is that Siri is still in Beta. The second one, related to the fact that it's currently a beta, is that there's no API avilable to use Siri with third party apps at the moment. Finally, Apple might simply not allow third -party apps to use Siri, although I think they will, eventually. But this won't happen before quite some time, in my opinion.
