Adding info to a PDF in iOS

Hi: Using BT 1.5 to create an iPad app which collects user information then adds this information to one or more PDF files. These are predesigned corporate forms. I have read previous posts and saw suggestions to use HTML to collect and post this information to a PDF on a server. The problem is I can't assume the user will have access to the Internet (WiFi or 3G); so this information would have to be stored in the device. After the information is added to the PDF, the user would have an option to email it. Is it possible to edit or add information to a PDF, within an app in iOS?

Parker: Thank you! That does help. I was also doing some searching around and found out I could use Quartz to just create a completely new PDF based on the text entered by the user. I think I could just duplicate the form that way with the captured user information. My assumption is that I could use BT 1.5 to help me with the UI (menus, user info input, etc), then I could modify the source to create/render the PDF. Is that a correct assumption? I have coding experience but I am new to Cocoa and BT, so please correct me if my assumption is invalid. Joe
