On store issue!

Hi, My app has been on sale for a while. I have recently noticed an issue. When it is downloaded to the device from the store, it shows the home screen menu but rather than having everything there as it should it shows the 'my home screen' at the top, nav bar in blue (should be black) and none of the menu lists work. If, however, you refresh with the refresh button on the nav bar, it becomes fully functional. Is there anything I can do to sort this out live as i'm risking lots of negative feedback? I'm loathed to take it down as it sells quite well. Many thanks in advance. Alex

Also, when it loads to the simulator its fine as it is when it loads to the device for testing. Its only when it loads from the app store...

Sounds like the BT_config.txt file in the Xcode project is not up-to-date. The idea is that this file is read the first time the app launches. If it includes a Configuration Data URL the app then downloads a newly updated version. This means that you'll need to make sure the BT_config.txt file in the Xcode project is current when you compile. That's the purpose of the link in the core settings. Show your config data, update the data in Xcode if it's differen than the version you got when you downloaded the project...compile submit.

Hi David, many thanks for the advice. I did indeed need to update the config.txt file but it has made no difference to the app on the app store, although it still loads fine in the simulator and the device. Do I need to submit an update binary? Thanks again for the invaluable assistance.
