Ideas on a simple S3 connector

I would like to make an App that can connect to my private S3 environment I have at home. Does anyone have a recommendation on how I can do this? I am not a programmer and have no idea where to start, but as advertised you don't have to be one to create an app. Perhaps I am stepping a bit too far out in trying to do this. Thanks for the help! I am trying to create one for the iOS, I am only doing this for personal use right with Ver 1.5 and only would like to be able to connect freely to any S3 data store I need and not a pre programmed one. Sorry if the info is vague, it is just an idea I have and would like to try and get this done with help here :)

You mean like this: http://aws.amazon.com/s3/ ? This whole service is new to me. Is it something that you can log into from a web browser? It seems like you should be able to set something like that up.

It is a web browser based function on the one side, on the other it is a simple S3 API as well to get to the plain storage part (http://storage.beta.i2.io). Everything on the market today is hard coded for Amazon and I would like to avoid using such a service that is not secure and uses eventual consistency. I simply want to connect to my private S3 and be able to use Dropbox like functions.
