Is this a glitch of the virtual device or do I need to modify something to allow the app to be moved to the SD Card? Will the app allow 'Move to SD Card once I compile it and put it on the Marker/Net for download? I understand this is the default in Goggle 2.2 API 8. Is that correct? If so, I see no reason to understand how to make in do so on the Virtual Device (at this time, given everything else I'm struggling with).
