everything else updates but custome HTML text doesnt update I'm on V1.5 Seems to be very buggy? HELP!!!

Please help guys my app just got accepted and the info in the html text field is out of date and won't update.

I believe the problem has to do with the app caching the html data. I've run into this problem too. The 'always refresh' setting in advanced settings is supposed to take care of this, but doesn't always refresh the data. If you close the app completely, and reopen, it should refresh. Best practice is to download the final code before submitting to Apple. I think when apple opens the app for testing it should have the correct html info as long as you used the final bt_config.txt in your compile. Have you tried deleting the app from your phone and then reinstalling? hopefully the correct content will show up.

perhaps dumb question but are you testing in the simulator or on your device? I have issues sometimes when files are stored in the simulator's temporary folder so even when I make changes they don't appear in the simulator (but they do on my phone). Occasionally I have to go into xcode's temporary folder and delete the cache, then everything works fine again.

I deleted the debug version on my iPhone and downloaded the production version from the app store and it seems to be working fine now. The name of my app is Who to Start and its a fantasy football app :-)

Still having issues with updating html text files. :-( It just doesn't work consistently. and i cant figure out what the common denominator is. please help

Hi @Seans, did u ever figure out the refreshing problems? only thing that works for me is to create new screen of same name so app refreshes or delete and download from app store again to see changes, thanks

Still haing updating issues. Whats the deal buzztouch???? why do custom html files on version 1.5 have issues? It wont update for nothing. can this be fixed?
