Header Image size question (list menu)

Quick question: In the advanced properties setting for the header image (on a list menu), does the large device signify the iPhone 4 (retina) and iPad screen, or just the iPad? Does the iPhone 4 use the small device image and scale it up? I was just asking since I'm creating the large device header image, and wondered if I should make the width 640 for retina, or 768 for ipad. (I remember reading a suggested width of 750px for large devices, but wanted to double check since that would be too wide for retina). Thanks!

Hi Stobe, Small Device represents iPhones and other Adroid phones. Large Device is for iPads and other tablets.

Ok, Thanks. Should I increase the ppi on the small device file so it looks better on the retina devices?

You can test it out, just be sure it scales properly for earlier version iphones. If not you'll probably have to go for 320x480.
