Does the iPhone 4 use the small device image and scale it up? I was just asking since I'm creating the large device header image, and wondered if I should make the width 640 for retina, or 768 for ipad. (I remember reading a suggested width of 750px for large devices, but wanted to double check since that would be too wide for retina). Thanks!
