You don't need to enter any type of ids in any field. Just set your app [and all screens] in BT to show ads and then, in the Apple developer portal, sign up for iAd and enable your app to use iAd. From the Buzztouch screen: buzztouch v1.5 Schooner - released May 11, 2011 only supports iAd. MobFox and AdMob did not make this release. Apple's iAd Program does not require an advertiser ID. Apple's iAd program uses the application identifier from the Apple Developer Portal, and the app's compiled bundle to associate ad's with your application.
