The first got approved the first time out, the second I had to resubmit because I didn't include a working support URL. It took another 4 days after the resubmit. As long as there is something there...even a Under Construction notice...you should be good. I had put in an inactive URL with the intent of putting something there, but then forgot, and they got to it before I remembered. Don't forget to have a support email address as well.
