Map Install quick questions.

How can I tell if I have google maps lib installed correctly? In eclipse when a project is created should I see anything in the project structure if I use locator in BT ?? In Eclipse can I look at something to ensure it correct? Properties or option settings? I downloaded the required lib. Thanks

Good question: I do know that if you DO NOT have the neeeded Google Maps Libraries installed there will be tons of errors when you compile. It won't compile unless you have the Map libraries (not sure what bt version you're working with but same idea for both). On my machine I choose Window > Android SDK and AVD Manager > Installed Packages. If you have the Google API's installed you'll also have maps installed. Another idea, have a look at the map screens' .java file. It will have: import com.google.android.maps.GeoPoint at the top. If you're maching doesn't have the necessary libraries installed this line will be underlined red because Eclipse won't have any idea what it means without the libraries.
