Local Image - shows up in simulator, but not on ipad...

Hello, Strange error w/local image, perhaps someone can assist in this issue: 1) When I run my app on the simulator, the local image on the home page (which is a menu list), the local image appears. As it is supposed to.. 2) I tested the app on my ipad, and it does not appear. 3) The image is located in 'BT_Images' folder, but does not have it's own folder. Any ideas what's going wrong, or how I may fix it? Thanks!

If it shows on the sim. it should show on the device. The iOS simulator is generally very reliable. Have you looked at the console in Xcode with the ipad running? It's useful and will show you where the code is looking for the image. Not real sure what else to advice, maybe uninstall the app from the iPad to make sure it's not reading a cached config file or something? Again, the console should show where the code is looking for the image.

Thank you David, Terrific job you've all done at BT. Very talented group of folks you have there. I did look at the console, while the ipad was running - but didn't see any information on the image. I believe that the overall issue is testing an iphone app on the ipad...

Thnx for the kind words ;-) So, same advice - don't know! Funny. Lets do this... a) Post the name of the app as it appears in your control panel (exactly as it appears) b) Post the nickname of the screen you're working with (the one that does not show the background image on the iPad) c) Post a note with: 'It's OK for buzztouch to download my project for testing' I have access to all the projects but need your permission to download and test yours.

Thanks again David - for this and my other question (email on it's way over)! The header.jpg issue is for the nicknamed screen: Welcome It's OK for buzztouch to download my project for testing
