Best Way to Have User Type in Responses

Hi, I'm creating an app (www.loglineengine.com) for writers to help them come up with ideas for stories. I ask them a series of questions, they type in their responses. Then at the end, all the responses are compiled into a paragraph to give them a complete story idea. I thought I would be able to use the quiz for this, but that won't work. Any suggestions on how best to accomplish this using buzztouch? Thanks so much. P

Probably the best thing to do would be to create a custom HTML page where the user fills in various fields and then those fields can be output into an email or to another HTML screen.

Sounds like a plan. But I need one question per screen. Don't know how that would work. But I'll look into your suggestion. Thanks!

I second Dkeller's advice. ;) If you need one question per screen you could have the answer sent to and stored at a database somewhere and then at the end of the quiz have a database query return all of the answers formatted the way you want. Not an easy thing to pull off, but certainly doable.

I'm actually looking into integrating a mobile survey from another site that can load and be used for my purposes. Would be much easier.
