Once it goes into review is should get released or rejected that day. Submitting the app to apple using Xcode 4.0+ is very easy and streamlined. I think the iOS is the best platform to develop on. Android seems a little clunky if you ask me. Good luck with your submission. Comments I submitted my app on the night of the 15th.
