Block video access until paid for via a in-app purchase

Is it possible to create an iPhone/ipad app with BT that allows the user to view X amount of videos and then requires payment (in-app purchase) to view other videos inside the app? Would I be better off paying someone to code a framework that I can use over and over to create clones or similar apps?

The BT framework won't directly handle in-app purchases. You need to add in something like Urban Airship (http://urbanairship.com/). It's fairly complicated, but it can be done. Urban Airship hosts your content that would be purchased within your app. Once the customer makes the purchase, the content is downloaded from the UA server into your app. You definitely need a good handle on Xcode to tackle this. It involves setting up a custom plugin in BuzzTouch, then putting the UA storefront code in the custom plugin and calling that plugin from a menu within your app. You register all of the content for in-app purchase with iTunes connect. It's recommended that all the bundle IDs be similar like: com.appname.main com.appname.video1 com.appname.video2 etc.

Thanks MGoBlue for the info! At least it is possible...does UA have good tutorials on how to implement these types of options?

I think their instruction is a bit lacking, but they're pretty good about getting back to you if you send a support request. Usually takes a day or two. Also, they have a forum, but it's not nearly as useful as the BuzzTouch forum.
