Is it the same as whats in the video for v1.4 ?? I dont see the specific section in the AndroidManifest.xml file. The one it says to remove the comments on.... Am I missing a point here? I have added google maps api-s,but map doesn't work(I use screen data URL). It only shows grid and after that gray-blue background. Thanks anyone for any help! Parker @ buzztouch buzztouch Evangelist Posts: 1395 Reg: May 09, 2011 Pacific Grove, ... 24,500	09/19/11 10:12 PM (14 years ago) Hi guys, So as it says in the README.txt file that coms with your project download: 'Be sure to download the Google 2.2 API's and Google Maps Libraries and install them in your Eclipse environment. You'll need the Google Maps Libraries installed even if you don't use any map screens. You can get around this but it's easier to just download them so Eclipse + Google play nicely.' With that in mind, maps should work. I have Google 2.2 API installed,and added project with Google api8 (2.2), in strings.xml added debug and release keys generated from google's api key signup.
