creating a message board inside an app?

hey fellas! anybody have any idea if this is possible with the buzz touch tools? basically something that looks like this... [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v108/smartassmart/messageboardapp.jpg[/IMG] simple, just thread titles you can click to read the full post and people could reply to the thread. any ideas? i'm lost .

You can't do that within BT, but you can use a custom url to link to a forum that is mobile optimized. I haven't played with too many forums to make a recommendation, but you can probably do a google search to find one that works.

That just looks like the rss feed from a bulletin board, so yes, easy enough to get an app out there. You could make it more ''native app'' looking by categorising the boards within the app then having rss feeds for each category. Or you could link directly to a bulletin board that has a mobile compatible template, or you could get those javascript widget chat board thingies that you see all over the place and add them to custom html pages.

thanks guys, i really appreciate the replies... i've tried linking to a forum before but it just showed up in the app as you would see it on a desktop, plus people would have to register to the forum in order to post, it just wasn't what i was looking for. i'm not familiar with RSS at all, can people create and reply to threads in those?
