From the quick bit of research, I would use Andy: http://www.andyroid.net/ Scroll down for a comparison table. Another (paid) option is to use DuOS: http://www.amiduos.com/ Genymotion seems to be turning proprietary with their paid options. Blue stacks is optimized for games, not for normal Android apps. yes it's Andy also for me, and i can tell you that you can use it as emulator for eclipse
