quiz usernames

I have recently had someone take the quiz on my app, which would be great except they left nsbasucks**** as their username. Clearly I don't want this sort of thing on my app, which is predominantly aimed at younger musicians . ideally the system would require users to leave a valid a username which would be public AND an email address which would be hidden. This would hopefully discourage such nonsense. Alternatively, perhaps it could auto email me to advice that someone had taken the quiz as I could then go and check. Chris Barnard app name NSBAorguk v 1.5

Good reasons to run the quiz from your own backend? It does make sense that you could modify the data, results, usernames etc. The control panel doesn't offer these features (as you realize)...added to the wish list - good ideas!
